We work with amazing local architects, draftsmen and contractors, if you need recommendations, we are also happy to work whoever you choose and can also project manage the whole job to make life a lot simpler. We also offer project management for sub-divisions. Utilise our knowledge and know how when it comes to new builds and sub-divisions.

We cover the Nelson Tasman region, anywhere form Kaiteriteri to Hira to Wakefield.

We always work hard to complete builds on time and on budget but in an ever changing market it is hard to do an absolute guarantee. But what we can guarantee is good communication when something does change; supply issues, prices, etc. Making sure that you get what you want and when changes happen, as they always do, you will always be kept up to speed. Pete at Build it Better managed the building of my house at Kaiteriteri extremely well. He managed the whole build from working with the architect, establishing the building platform (was a challenging site), construction of the house, decking, landscaping, fencing and driveway.
